I am facing an issue in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Warehouse Management with Min/Max Replenishment Put location directives.
Setup:
- Item has a Fixed Location assigned: AZ-12-10C
- Another non-fixed location exists: AA-01-10A
- Both locations have Location Profile = PICK SLOT
- Reservation hierarchy includes Batch
- FEFO date-controlled reservation is enabled
- Mixed items = Yes
- Mixed inventory batches = Yes
- Mixed inventory statuses = Yes
- Strategy = None
- Replenish – Put → Only fixed locations for product
- Replenish – Put (Non Fixed Locations) → Query includes Warehouse + PICK SLOT
- Action Replenish – Put succeeded
- Action Replenish – Put (Non Fixed Locations) succeed
- Is this expected standard behavior for replenishment directives?
- Is there a standard way to make Non Fixed Locations act only as fallback when fixed location cannot be used?
