I'm facing an issue in Dynamics 365 Business Central where the Personalize feature hangs indefinitely in both production and sandbox environments. When I click Settings > Personalize (or use the gear icon), the page freezes, and no personalization options load. This happens across multiple pages.

Environment: Dynamics 365 Business Central (cloud), [insert version if known, e.g., 2024 Wave 2, or check via Settings > About].
