Hi Experts, I would like to know more about configuring supplier communication agent process as I am exploring it now.

1- Is there a way I can update or change the default signature for subject section of "Send follow-up emails to vendors with Supplier Communications Agent"?

2- Can we add custom fields from D365 Purchase orders for criteria section of "Send follow-up emails to vendors with Supplier Communications Agent"?

3- Is there a periodic batch job or automation option to "Apply all suggestions" for "Speed up updates in purchase orders with Supplier Communications Agent" rather than manually applying suggestions for all orders?

Queries regarding supplier communication agent configuration

1. When setting up the agent you can define the default signature, once defined it can be edited again by clicking on configure agents and edit the specific agent. But currently you cannot edit when the email has been drafted with the default signature.

2. I might be mistaken on this but I think so the custom fields won't be visible when configuring the agent. Have you given a try on this?

3. Currently, the ability to set the recurrence for agent execution to read emails or check delayed POs is available, but the option to auto-apply suggestions is not currently available.

We have to manually review and confirm the agent to do updates / send followup emails accordingly.
