I do not see of menu to create a new journal on the General Journal screen when the previous journal is Pending Approval. Is the design of Business Central to enter journals continuously on one batch by changing Doc No. by line? My supervisor likes to see small batch, because it is difficult to compare evidence one by one. Please advise.

Hi, Because you're using Batch Approval Workflow, not Line Approval Workflow, you can't add new lines until the approval process is complete.
You can switch to a different batch to add new lines.
