I am getting error Please enter ship and invoice "Yes" when click on post on sales order even the menu come when i click on post in which options are
a.ship
b. invoice
c. ship and invoice
i test ALL Scnerio by select each options but getting same error

Hello,

This error is almost always caused by custom code. An extension or event subscriber is resetting Ship and Invoice to No during posting, even though you select an option from the menu. It’s not a setup issue. Check customizations, especially around Sales-Post (Codeunit 80), or test in a clean environment to confirm.

Hii,

there as per error is there. which was due to some of custom code . for that you can check in your error log . also in some of cases there is no direct error , you can uninstall All Extensions other then microsoft , reinstall as per dependency .

you need to remove / handle code as per requirement.
