Tracked components consumption

Hi everyone,

We’re facing a few issues with Tracked Components in D365 Production and looking to implement, The warehouse is not using warehouse management processes:

  • The “Pick” button mentioned in docs is missing from the tracked components screen. I noted another discussion to enable a flight, but this should be enabled, we are on .46
  • On Production Floor Execution, consumption qty is not editable and “Adjust components” is not visible. Is there a configuration for this ? Note : This is different feature than adjust material
  • Not clear how pick lists are created from tracked components
    • Adjust consumption does not populate batch/serial numbers when multiple are use for one released product
Only one line populated with adjust consumption (Missing tracking information - only includes one serial even when both are mentioned)
    • During RAF, automatic BOM consumption does not respect tracked batch/serial selection in tracked components – is this standard?
  • Can the same serial number (e.g., one  roll in m) be consumed across multiple production orders/lots, or is it restricted to one-time use?

Any guidance on whether this is standard behavior or config-related would help, especially on the consumption. I have reviewed the following MS documentation thoroughly : https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/supply-chain/production-control/tracked-components

Thanks!
