Issue to configure Warehouse Management application desktop uses json file

Hi there,

I'm Andrés, I'm Support Engineer in a manufacture company and recently some users report me problems to connect into Warehouse Management app desktop, and when try set up the configuration using a json file with all details the app show me this message "Unsupported file format".-

Someone knows if this is because the information is wrong into the json file or it's a bug of the most recent update of the application? The current versión installed it's 4.0.35.0.

Read the section about Upgrade from V3.

Is the file saved in the format “connections.json”? Also, are you using a Windows desktop or a Mac desktop?
