Lost Super user access to D365 BC production environment

Hi All,
 
We have five users in our BC production environment, and User 5 has the super permission set.  Accidentally, someone deleted the user5 from the O365 administration. So, we dont have access to the user 5, the only user, who has the super access. 
 
We're unable to assign "Super" permission set to any other users now.
 
Note: we also tried recreating the User5 in the O365 admin account but unfortunately that created another user in my BC. BC now shows two users...user5 and User5 1(new user). Technically it didnt link the newly created user5 to the existing BC user5 rather it created a new user that to with no "Super" permissions.

    Hello ,
     
    When the only SUPER user is deleted from Entra ID, the BC user becomes orphaned (BC links users by Entra object ID, not email). Recreating the same email creates a new BC user without SUPER, and there is no self-service way to recover or reassign SUPER in SaaS. The only fix is a Microsoft support ticket (or via your CSP/partner) to restore SUPER or elevate another user at the backend. Going forward, always keep at least two SUPER users to avoid lockout.

    As far as I know, this can only be resolved through Microsoft. With Sandbox, the environment can be rebuilt, but with Production, there's no way to do that.

    In this case, we’d recommend you reach out to your Microsoft Partner for help solving the problem. Unfortunately, if you don't have a SUPER user anymore, you can't really resolve this issue on your own.
