Error when attempting to add Universal Printers to BC

Printers have been added un Azure/Entra UP.  Printers have been shared.  Also went to UP Settings, Configure, Settings and "Enabled Document Conversion".  

 

If requesting support, please provide the following details to help troubleshooting:

Error message:
Unable to convert from Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.Runtime.NavJsonValue to Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.Runtime.NavText.
