We were using Outbound Marketing and have switched to Real-Time Journeys. Even thought we have real-time based interactions that show up in the Timeline, we don't see the Real-Time Insights on the Insights Tab of the Contact Record. Can someone please tell me what control you have on your contact form that gives real-time insights on the Insights tab? We have a case open with Microsoft but the community may be able to provide a faster answer.
