Requisition worksheet to PO

Hi,
 
I created a project with the project line that contents an item.
Then, I go to Requisition worksheet, calculate the planning and then Carry out action message.
A new PO is supposed to be found when the requisition worksheet is posted.
 
However, I couldn't find any new PO created and the line on the requisition worksheet has dissappeared.
 
Has anyone came cross this issue?
