    Hello,
This error usually means Order Planning is trying to explode a Make-to-Order/production BOM to show lower-level component demand, but the page cannot insert those component planning lines, commonly because of a bad/circular BOM structure, wrong low-level codes, missing/invalid replenishment setup on a component, or too many lower-level lines for the Order Planning page to handle cleanly. I’d first test the same item from Planning Worksheet > Calculate Regenerative Plan with Stop and Show First Error enabled, then check the affected finished item’s Production BOM, component items/SKUs, replenishment system, location setup, and run/update low-level code calculation from Manufacturing Setup. If Planning Worksheet gives a more specific item/component error, fix that setup; if it only fails in Order Planning, use Planning Worksheet instead and raise it to Microsoft as a page/planning limitation or bug.

    Regards,
