Packing User ID Tracking

Hi,  currently when a sales order is picked and put to a packing bench, the packing work is automatically created, but the User ID is populated with the picker from the previous picking work.
 
When the pack work is completed,  the User ID is not populated with the actual person who picked it.
 
Any ideas how to resolve this please?
