The inline filter bar not showing for all

Hi everyone,

I’m having an issue with the inline filter bar inside the Account view (the yellow-highlighted area that normally appears above the column headers, inside the grid).it only showing some users for others it not showing even if we have same security permission.


 

For others it showing like below only why:
