I have done this before and I have always been able to complete an emissions report successfully. However, today I have been trying to create one as usual (from the Analytics section, not external reporting) and was not able to get data exported in it.
When the status of the report is “ready for download” I access the report and it is empty. When I check the app form I see some error details saying: 3107 records are missing the conversion factor.
I work with 2 different tenants. Each tenant has 2 environments, different data. I have tried in all of the and I get the same error (3107 number changes in the error message in each environment as I have different records number, of course).
I was able to get a report with data on december 26th. I am wondering…something related to an MSM update? Thanks in advance
