Email body preview/editor disappeared overnight?

When we try to send emails now the email preview/editor has disappeared. This was working fine yesterday and its happening for all users. I tried changing the email body template but nothing seems to fix it, any ideas?

    I get this console error after waiting a few seconds for the editor to load.

    Hi, I just tested it and there are no problems. Please check your report layout settings first.
    PS: Dynamics 365 Business Central: Report Selection for standard documents (Set up default reports)

    Hello,
     
    If the email editor area disappears for all users, it’s usually caused by:
    Enhanced Email Experience feature turned off
    A broken email template
    Browser cache/extension blocking scripts
    A recent BC update
    Missing email permissions
    Re-enable the feature, restore the template, try another browser, or check permissions.
    If still broken → open a Microsoft ticket with the Operation ID.

    Please Check the below settings . Since it was working fine i'm sure setups must be in place. But still have re-check . Its working fine at my end .

    Hi,
     
    Check if your environment has service updates pending; sometimes CDN chunks fail after a minor update. If issue persists for all users, raise a support ticket with Microsoft as this is likely a platform-side problem.
    The email body template change won’t fix this because the editor script itself isn’t loading.
