I’m having an issue with my receipt printer (Epson TM-m30III-H).
When printing receipts from Microsoft Store Commerce app, Japanese characters are replaced with “?”.
Here is my environment:
In the preview screen, Japanese text displays correctly, but when actually printing, Japanese characters become “?”.
The printer’s language is set to Japanese, and when printing from Notepad, Japanese prints correctly.
Is there any way to fix this issue when printing from Store Commerce app?
