Hi All,
 
Since Microsoft issued that SMTP verification is no longer usable since March 26 we've changed our verification to OAuth2.0.
 
We're now facing the issue that sent e-mails through shared mailboxes are placed in private mailbox Sent items. Is there a way to fix this in D365?

    This is NOT controlled in Dynamics 365, it must be fixed in Exchange Online.
     
    Might be, helpful below :
     
    Enable “Save Sent Items in Shared Mailbox”
    Your Microsoft 365 / Exchange admin needs to enable:
    • Set-Mailbox sharedmailbox@company.com -MessageCopyForSentAsEnabled $true
    • Set-Mailbox sharedmailbox@company.com -MessageCopyForSendOnBehalfEnabled $true
     What these settings do
    Setting                                                        Result
    MessageCopyForSentAsEnabled                Saves email in shared mailbox when using Send As
    MessageCopyForSendOnBehalfEnabled    Saves email in shared mailbox when using Send on Behalf
     
    Also verify this in Dynamics 365
    Go to:
    • Mailbox → Shared mailbox settings
    Ensure:
    • Server-side sync enabled
    • Outgoing email = Server-side sync
    • Mailbox approved & tested
