Is anyone else having problems logging in to Business Central? I'm the only user in my company who can't login, everyone else can. We're using the US localization and I get this error when I try to login:
I tried adding /connectivity at the end of the BC url and I get the results below:
The application service connectivity error doesn't make any sense. I'm using the same Business Central URL as every one else in my company.
Hi, some of the login issues for BC can be a bit annoying to deal with. A lot of it is going to be trial and error steps.
Here is what I would try in order:
1. Assign SUPER permissions to your account and then try logging in.
2. If that doesn't work try a new browser (i.e. - if you are using Chrome try Edge)
3. If you get the same issue I would use an incognito/private browser window. If that fixes it you may want to clear your cache and cookies.
4. If nothing above fixes it you may want to un-assign the license from your account in the admin center and then have a user update the users in Business Central. After they have been updated you can re-assign it and upate the user list.
If none of those steps work you may want to refresh the environment in the admin center.
