12Hi everyone,
I’m trying to apply a new registration key in Microsoft Dynamics GP 2016 R2 after purchasing the additional users License. On the registration screen in GP, I can see Registration keys 1–3 which is the existing ones, while fields 4 and 5 are empty.The new key I received is quite long and doesn’t seem to match the existing format shown in the fields. I’m not sure whether I should:
Remove the fields 1-3 and paste the key in Registration key1
Split the new key across all fields in a specific way.
Could someone please clarify the correct way to enter the registration key in this situation
