Turnoff Default Workflow Overdue Notifications
 
Anyone please help me to Turn-off the below Default Notification.
 
I tried as per below, but still emails are triggering
1. Removed all the records in "Workflow Notification Setup" for all the users
2. Deleted all the records in "Notification Entries"
3. Deleted all "Job Queues" created as "Notification Entry Dispatcher"
4. Disabled "Notify Sender" in Approval workflow - Send approval request for the record and create a notification

    To fully turn off default workflow overdue notifications, follow these steps:
     
    1. Go to "Notification Setup" and disable "Overdue Workflow Approval Requests" for all users.
     
     
    2. Open the "Workflow User Group", and make sure no user has notification preferences set.
     
     
    3. In the Approval Workflow, uncheck both:
     
    "Notify Sender"
     
    "Send Approval Request for the Record and Create a Notification"
     
     
     
    4. Also, check "My Notifications" for the users — they may have personal settings overriding the global ones.
     
     
     
    If it's still sending, a customization or background job (e.g. a custom job queue or email dispatch logic) may be forcing it.
