Error message:
When using XE.COM API for Currency Exchange Rates - The Service URL field must not be blank.

Using the Xe Currency Data plugin on Business Central – Xe Help Centre

Cause:

Issue writing the Service URL to the Dynamics DB.

Fix;

Replace the service URL with - http://www.floatrates.com/daily/usd.xml - Save.

Then set it back again to https://xecdapi.xe.com/v1 - Save.
