Security role to assign in Power Platform to manage tables in D365 Fabric Link?

We are configuring a Fabric Link for D365 F&O.
 
We want some users to be able to manage this link, so they can add further tables for export via Fabric Link as and when needed.
 
What is the optimal security role in Power Platform to achieve this? I am reluctant to grant all the managing users System Administrator access to the environment.
