BC 365 MOBILE APP - when downloading report, I get .JSON file instead of PDF file - why??

When using the BC 365 MOBILE app and downloading an income stmt report, I get .JSON file which I am unable to open.   It used to be pdf as of 3 weeks ago and it was perfect.   WHAT CHANGED AND WHAT IS THE FIX TO THIS???  Please help
