Service Management in not available in Business Central

HI,
 
I have Dynamics Business Central Premium license.
In the production environment there are 3 companies including CRONUS, USA Inc.
The User Experience is set to Premium for each of the 3 companies.
 
 
I can find Service Managment Setup
 
However, unlike the Manufacturing feature, the Service Management is not available in roles dashboard.
 
 
I wonder why the Service Management is missing.
