Realized cost is not calculated in production order in ended state

I have a production order that is in ended state.
It has the price calculation as below:

The realized cost amount is not calculated for the highlighted line. What could be the reason for it? We tried running the inventory close as well, but it did not help. This is impacting our inventory financial value for the item.

We had transferred the item to another warehouse postproduction but that I guess is not linked to it.
