Hi, I created a trial instance for dynamics 365.

I have given myself the Dynamics 365 Plan 1 Enterprise Edition license.

When clicking on the Dynamics 365 Icon (blue tile) however, I am not directed anywhere.. the page just stays where it is.

What steps do I need to take to get to CRM?

Select 'Back'. Or enter the URL of the CRM Home page.

Hi,

You can also reach to crm by using traditional crm url. i.e. https://<orgname>.crm5.dynamics.com with same credential which is used to log in.

crm5 is based on your region. e.g. for asia it is crm5.

Second option is go to admin of office 365>>admin center>>Dynamics 365 and open instance at there.
