Unable to create Phone Call - Failed to execute 'ariaNotify' on 'Document' Error message

I am receiving the following error when trying to use Phone Call activity within Dynamics 365.  This is without any Javascript enabled.
 
Anybody else having the same issue ?  I am not using Aria Notify within my own scripts

    Same!  Seeing this error message when trying to open a Case in D365 Service this morning, using Edge browser. Switched to Chrome and no error. No recent changes or upgrades to our environment or browser configuration. Also not using Aria Notify in any custom scripts.
