Sales Order Agent

While testing the Sales Order Agent, after assigning the appropriate permissions, it was functioning as expected—replying to emails with availability, creating quotes, and attaching them to emails. Upon receiving confirmation, it successfully converted the quote into a sales order and attached it as well.

However, after converting the Sales Order Agent to billing, it is no longer attaching quotes to emails and is showing the following error:
