Business Central Online with GoDaddy tenancy

We have a prospective client who wants our Business Central based solution (PTE based).  However, they're running Microsoft Office through GoDaddy and we don't seem to have full access to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.  It seems we can start a Business Central trial, but will we be able to assign our licenses and bill our Business Central licenses in spite of the GoDaddy environment?  Are there any workarounds (besides migrating them out of GoDaddy) to access the full admin center?

As far as I know, GODaddy can connect to Business Central via API. You can ask GODaddy partners if you can allocate licenses via API. This is not a first-party application, so I am not sure.

    Thanks.
