importing data with custom fields

Hello,
 
how to import data when we have a custom field?
when adding the related data entity, i don't see the custom field and even if modify the mapping to select the custom field but i don't see it.

    Your custom field is not visible in import mapping likely
     
    because it’s not published, belongs to a different table, is a read-only field type, or due to metadata caching.
     
    Publishing customizations and using an exported Excel template usually resolves the issue.

    Extend the standard data entity and its staging table to include the custom field. Build, and do a data entity refresh list.

    Please try deleting the existing mapping and recreate it

    If the issue still persists, please ensure the following:

    • The custom field is added to the data entity
    • The customization is published
    • Entity list is refreshed from Data management
    • The field is available in the staging table
    • Mapping/project is refreshed after changes

    If it still doesn’t appear, it may require a data entity extension.
