When I receive an approval for new vendor in Business Central, I want to see vendor name in details. But I can only see the vendor No. Can I add the additional information so that I can easily recognize who the new vendor is? I want to know whether I can modify the "Details" to show additional information when approval is submitted.

    Business Central’s approval notification only shows the record No. (like Vendor No.), but you can customize it to include extra fields such as the Vendor Name.
