A real UI/behavior change in the Business Central Admin Center,

1. Sorting disabled in Admin Centre grids

Previously:

You could sort by User, Last Active, Session ID, etc.
Easy to find idle or stuck sessions

Now:

Sorting on most columns is disabled
Microsoft introduced “Size” and “Resize” dropdowns (responsive layout feature)
Grid is optimized for screen size, not admin usability

Result: Harder to identify idle users and clear sessions manually

2. No automatic idle session cleanup

As of now:

❌ No setting in Business Central to auto-clear idle user sessions
❌ No “timeout after X minutes of inactivity” option
Sessions stay active until:
- User logs out
- Session crashes
- You manually clear it
- Service tier recycles

This is especially bad when:

Licenses get stuck
Users close the browser without signing out
