Hi guys, thanks for you support here in the forum. I have a question. I think I found the issue why my records in CRM is not being processed by BC. I have these "Synch. Only Coupled Records" enabled. Can you confirm if my understanding is correct? 

 
However, when I tried running full sync for the UNIT GROUP, I'm getting this error. Which confuses me, because it's referring to the Item table in BC... Do I need to create an Item with same name "DEFAULT UNIT".

    The error states, that it cannot find in the Item table in BC, an item with code (DEFAULT UNIT) . 
    Not sure if it was intended like that, or something is not set up correctly. 

    In test system You could try to create an Item with such code, and see how the process works then, but I have a feeling something is not correct in the UNIT GROUP list. This is either an add-on on BC, or this is on CRM side. Maybe You are trying to sync Source No from Unit Group table in CRM with Items in BC? This doesn't sound like correctly mapped tables.

    But I have little experience with sync BC/CRM, so cannot really help much.

    Yes, “Synch. Only Coupled Records” was blocking new CRM data, so your understanding is correct.
     
    The DEFAULT UNIT error happens only because the UOM doesn’t exist in BC yet.
    You don’t need an Item with that name — just sync the UOMs first, then the Unit Groups.
