Look for Tech support -Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Business Central Version

We are using Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Business Central Version 27.0 (2025 Release Wave 2) for the US localization 's feature ( for accounting field ONLY)
My questions are:
1) – What is the benefit of “Power BI report” ( Add’l Pay Add-On features) to accounting and bookkeeper areas?
2) - how much does BI Pro & BI premium per user per MONTH in my Co.?
3) – Are they (BI Pro & BI premium) avail. “pay as we go” per user / No contract agreement?
4) – May my Co.’s individual clerks have the “free Consulting or Technical support” services on trouble shoot application on ERP accounting areas?
5) - What is the email or phone call 24 hours services ?

1)-By the way, May I have the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Version ERP ( US localization 's feature ) accounting Tech support contact method ( phone or email address ) in Southern California
2)- If we sent our questions, how soon we can get reply via email? , so we don’t need to follow up with you so often….( Service hours in Southern California)

    1) Power BI inside BC (for accounting)
    Just gives visual dashboards (A/R, A/P, cashflow, revenue).
    Doesn’t change accounting features — only better visuals.
     
    2) Power BI Pro & Premium pricing
    Not published in Microsoft docs.
    Typical US retail (not guaranteed):
    Pro ≈ $10/user/month
    Premium PPU ≈ $20/user/month
     
    3) Pay-as-you-go?
    Yes, month-to-month, no long-term contract.
     
    4) Free accounting/ERP support from Microsoft?
    No.
    Support comes from your Business Central Partner, or paid Microsoft support.
     
    5) 24-hour Microsoft phone/email for BC?
    Microsoft does not publish a 24/7 BC accounting support number.

    Microsoft does not provide local phone/email contacts.
    You must contact your Microsoft Partner of Record.
     
    Email response time
    Depends on your partner’s SLA, not Microsoft.
