I am working on setting up the initial RFQs to be emailed to vendors. However, I can only find configuration options for Amendment or Cancellation. Since we are not using the vendor collaboration feature, we need a way to send RFQs to vendors by email.  How can this be configured?

    Hi Wyman,
     
    In D365 F&SCM, you can send request for quotation (RFQs) to vendors via email even without using the vendor collaboration feature. The system supports this through print management and email configurations. The reason you only see options for Amendments or cancellation is those processes have dedicated email notification workflows with specific templates specified in paramters.
     
    You will need to create and finalize the amendment options before sending the RFQ across to vendors without using the vendor collaboration feature.
