I think you need to open a Microsoft support ticket to resolve this issue, also try to remove all the PTE extensions from the environment that you are copying and give it a try. Regards, Oussama

You can try restarting the environments or performing the operation in an Incognito (private) browser window.
If these steps don’t resolve the issue, please raise a support ticket with Microsoft, providing the Tracking ID and Correlation ID from the error message so they can trace it in their backend logs.
