My new Legal entity lost after a certificate refresh

Hi everyone. I had created a new legal entity from scratch in D365 F&O Onebox environment ..My VM is installed in my PC. All data is in my VM. My Onebox server environment SSL certificate got expired recently and i was not able to connect to the application thru the edge browser. It gave me an error "Not secure : onebox...".. When I regenerated, the certificate, i had to re-register my D365 Finance application also in azure. My application started working . However my legal entity was wiped out.. I noticed the SQL server AXDB was also refreshed with the latest timestamp. I had no backup. Is there a way to recover my legal entity. is there any hidden system back up. Please let me know

Hi @CU27051433-0

If the data has been lost, it's very difficult for us to get the same data. If you have the backup we can use the same. otherwise we need to create a new legal entity from the scratch.

As per my understanding the data will be loss during certificate refresh.

I would suggest to take a DB backup frequently, in order to avoid this issue.
