It seems combine shipments merges items from multiple invoices but if an item appears in more than one shipments quantities are not added per item but are appearing as separate lines as they were shipped. Is it possible to group those lines per item so that quantities are consolidated?
When we do get shipment lines , in an sales invoice , you get the necessary information of shipment lines. But its not possible to merge same items as per standard , I tried the same in my demo environment . For the request , you need to customize . Its not recommended as it has huge impact as it captures shipment no , shipment line no and it gets linked with Value entry
i m selecting same item three times and it generated three lines in Sales invoice
