Hello, I added a custom page action to the Item Tracking lines page through the page extension below.
But, when I publish this and open BC, the page action is not visible. When I go into personalization mode, the page action does appear, but the "Show" and "Open" options are greyed out.
Does anyone know how to fix this so that the page action is visible by default? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
