Component Takes a Long Time to Come into the Production Order

Hi:

I have a Production BOM of only one component with a quantity of 1.

Likewise, the Firm Planned Production Order is at Quantity of only 1.

Even after refreshing the order several times, I have to wait almost five minutes for the component to appear in the screen that displays upon clicking the "Components" button.

This is weird. It's like, the window will be blank one minute and contain the component only if you open the window five minutes later.

Update: If I close out of the order and come back in, the component is there.

Why?
