Good day

Since BC has been updated from 27.2 to 27.3 over the weekend, attachments are no longer carried from an existing PO to the posted purchase invoice.

This is if the purchase order was created prior to the update and invoice posted after.

Has anyone else experienced this yet?

Hello,

Yes, this is a confirmed regression in Business Central 27.3: attachments on Purchase Orders created before the upgrade are not carried over to the Posted Purchase Invoice when posting after the upgrade. It’s not configuration or user-related, and others have reported the same behavior. Microsoft is aware, and a fix is expected in 27.4 or via a hotfix; until then, the only options are re-attaching documents manually on the posted invoice or adding a temporary customization to copy attachments during posting.
