Jeg har de sidste 5 uger oplevet hver aften når jeg arbejder på Cloud Kunder, at jeg sporadisk bliver mødt af denne midt i en bogføring.
Er der nogen der har oplevet det samme?

    Hello,

    This issue usually occurs when an extension update, environment synchronization, or app deployment is running in the background while users are actively working in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

    During that process, the system forces open pages such as Purchase Orders to close and reconnect, which results in the message stating that an administrator changed one or more extensions.

    Since you mentioned it happens mostly in the evening and sporadically during posting, it is very possible that automatic extension updates, scheduled deployments, or maintenance activities are taking place at that time on the cloud environment.

    It would be recommended to check the Admin Center deployment history, recent extension updates, and any scheduled DevOps or AppSource app synchronization jobs running during those hours.
