We are facing an issue in Business Central Online v26.2.34746.39033 where Page Inspection (Ctrl+Alt+F1) does not load. Instead of opening, it stays stuck on “Working on it…” across all environments (Production and Sandbox).
Telemetry shows errors in:
"Flow Service Management"(CodeUnit 6400).GetEnvironmentId
"System Action Triggers"(CodeUnit 2000000006).GetPowerPlatformEnvironmentId
No Power Platform environment is linked (and Page Inspection worked fine before without one). Restarting environments, different browsers, and role tests did not resolve it.
Question: Is there a known workaround for this issue in v26.2 (short of upgrading the environment)? For example, disabling a feature, linking/unlinking a Power Platform environment, or other configuration changes.
