Hello,
I've created a data import to get requested ship dates instead of the native ship dates in the demand planning app. However, I pointed at the wrong table when doing so, which means my import is now stuck and failing for each single legal entity.
Question: Is there a way to stop an import? To make things worse the import was created on a schedule, it took 6 days to finish the first time and it generated a second run on a recurrence, which I cannot cancel either. It makes no sense to me to not be able to cancel the 2nd import considering it hasn't even started.
Some weird behaviours... The import seems to only update itself at particular times of the day (picture attached) 3:19am, 3:19pm, 9:19am, 9:19pm, it seems to be running every 5 hours. The failing batch job on D365 only takes 10seconds to fail (unless the end date is incorrect), but it takes 6h to update on the planning app interface. Am I missing something?
I tried deleting the generated Data Management jobs, but they were recreated immediately, so I imagine the demand planning app is controlling the run, but I haven't found anywhere that I can stop them.
Best,
Luis
