Our production and sandbox instances are significantly out of date. I am a toddler in the CRM world - can you help me understand my options for refreshing the Production instance down to my sandbox?

Hi Barbara,
You can use the "Copy" feature to copy the Production instance to the Sandbox instance from Dynamics 365 Administration Center.

Note: Your target instance (Sandbox one) will be deleted with all data and replaced with data and customizations from the source instance.
