How can i accept a part of a bid?

For example i send an RFQ and want 100 part of item X but now i want to accept just 20 part from a line that venod bidded?

And the rest from another vendor

Accept a part of a bid

Hi,

It’s line-based, not quantity-based.

For each RFQ line, you can choose which vendor’s reply to accept.
Example:

Line 1 → Accept Vendor A (best price)

Line 2 → Accept Vendor B (best delivery time)

In the example, it has only one line but I just wanted to show you can not edit the quantity.

You cannot split one RFQ line between two vendors (e.g., half quantity each) in standard functionality.
