Dynamics365 - Business Central - Mobile - App

Hello Dear community,
 
I have got a problem with Dynamics365 Mobile App. 
 
A customer told us that he is getting an error when he does try to print a Report. 
I have tried to print the report however i am getting an error to. 
 
The error is something like:
 
"There was an Error during the Download of the File!"
 
Is it possible that there is a bug in the app?

    Maybe this will help point you in the right direction.

     

    The error "There was an error during the download of the file!" on the Business Central mobile app usually happens when:

     

    •  

      The report is trying to open or download a PDF and the mobile app/browser blocks the download.


    •  

      The report uses a Word layout or Print Preview, which may not be fully supported on mobile.



    •  
     

    Suggestions:

     

    1.  

      Try using the "Send to Email" option instead of direct printing.


    2.  

      Test the same report in mobile browser (not app) — see if it works there.


    3.  

      If it’s a custom report, check for SAVEAS or DOWNLOAD calls — these often fail on mobile.



    4.  
     

    If the issue persists across multiple environments, it could be a known app limitation or bug, and you should raise it via Microsoft support.

    This is known issue in Android mobile but not in Apple devices.
