Hi All,
I am trying to use the following shipment consolidation policy to merge shipments created for a unique customer and mode of delivery from multiple sales orders.
So, when multiple sales orders for the same customer-mode of delivery combination are released to the warehouse, they create 1 shipment with sales order lines added as load lines.
The system is able to create a unique shipment, but the shipment remains in open status and does not create a load or a wave and then work.
Any ideas if I missing a configuration step? I am using consolidation policies for the first time.
