GP Migration Tool - AP History

I understand the GP Migration tool can also bring in AP History.  This is done into an extension.  For those who have run and used the tool, can you explain what that looks like.  I understand this is separate from the native BC AP features.   Is the extension simply a flat table that is populated?  Is there any linkage between invoices and payments?  Can users view the contents of the table without building a custom report?  Please advise.

    Hello,
     
    The GP Migration tool loads AP history into its own extension tables, not into BC’s Vendor Ledger Entries.
     
    Yes, users can view the data — the tool installs GP History pages (no custom report needed).
     
    Yes, invoices and payments are linked, but only inside the GP extension, not BC’s native AP.
     
    Functionally, it’s basically flat history tables for lookup/reference only.
